WhiteBanger Tech Private Limited ("WhiteBanger Tech", "we", "us") operates whitebanger.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

Project enquiries (Contact page): name, email, company, phone/WhatsApp, project type, features, timeline, budget and your description.
Job and internship applications: name, email, phone, role or track, experience, college and graduation year, and the portfolio, resume or LinkedIn links and text you provide.
Newsletter and pricing breakdown requests: your email address and, for the ROI calculator, the project complexity you selected.

To protect our forms from spam we briefly process your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is stored only as a one-way hash and discarded after a few minutes.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics only if you click Accept on our cookie notice. It sets cookies that tell us which pages are visited and how people find the site, with IP addresses anonymised. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes.
To assess job and internship applications.
To send the newsletter or pricing breakdown you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

We never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Hostinger, which hosts this website and the database where form submissions are stored.
Hostinger also provides the mailbox that sends our team a notification email about each new submission.
Google Analytics (Google LLC), only if you accept analytics cookies.
Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces; your browser connects to Google to load them.
Authorities, where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project and for up to 3 years afterwards for our records. Unsuccessful job and internship applications are deleted within 24 months. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for future processing. Email info@whitebanger.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU, your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
